TOUCHDOWN INDIANAPOLIS  Grin

Big win. Always nice to see the bad guys lose.

how long do the Pats have to go without winning a superbowl before they're no longer considered the 'bad guys'?

it's been 4 years.

Until Belichick retires. I will never have any respect for him.

He certainly has had success, although I don't attribute much of it to him (Lets not forget his four year stint as head coach of the Browns where he went 36-44). However, I have little respect for someone who personally and professionally carries himself in such an arrogant and selfish manner. Besides the fact that he is an admitted cheater. So while you can point to his record to say he is a good coach, I think there are many more factors to look at than that.

I would just like to say I love Ricky Williams and I always have. I am so happy for that guy right now. I wish the Saints would have never lost him. I also wish that he would have picked a better person to negotiate his NFL rookie year than Master P. I hope the dolphins make the playoffs and Ricky runs all over everyone except for the Saints.

Haha damn, we just barely beat the Redskins it was close. I can't believe Suisham missed that 25 yard field goal way to fail.

It's ok. The Steelers took a season off this year. Last year was really tough.

Ben? You guys going to take the rest of the season off?  Huh?

My god why are they even interviewing Brady Quinn? He's so fucking terrible. 6-19? Josh Cribbs should just run the wildcat for them all night.

Yup. Taking the season off. I'm not sure what happened to them, but they're playing without heart, without talent, without determination. Even the always great guys like Heath Miller, Harrison, etc. were screwing up. I think it's a lack of confidence. This isn't the first time they've suffered from superbowl hangover though. We went 8-8 after we won superbowl 40 and missed the playoffs, so it's not a totally surprising thing. The strange part is that towards the middle of the season, we were playing really, really great. When we beat the Vikings and the Broncos we looked pretty beastly. Ah well...

Yeah what the heck? I got a slap bet going that the Jaguars aren't going to make the playoffs because I was thinking the Steelers would slide in there. I'm starting to get a little more concerned needing the Jets or Ravens to finish strong.
