Iron & Wine has added new tour dates for early 2008 in Europe.  Tour dates are as followed:

yea, hes been touring in solid ~2 week chunks lately.  we all know sam likes to be at home with his family, so i guess he sees it as if he tours for 2 weeks solid, thats a few extra days he gets to spend at home with his family.  i think id opt for that kinda thing too, instead of being on the road for 3 weeks doing the same amount of shows.

im afraid youre a little late.  he just played two ireland dates in october.  in fact, the whole europe tour sold out.  hes also did a few dates in ireland in 2004.  so im sure hell be back.
