Finally listened to mine. No idea who it is, but they read my mind by including Elliott Smith . . . I thank you.

Hey Ben I don't hate it at all I just haven't been able to listen to the whole thing.  The day I got it I was at my parents house and listened to the first about 10 seconds of each song and that's all I had chance to do.  My computer broke 2 days before christmas and I just got it back today.  I'll give it a good listen this week promise.

WELL THEN I PREEMPTIVELY APOLOGIZE IF YOU HATE IT. In a non-all caps statement, I actually do hope that you enjoy it. I tried doing things a bit differently.

I do like how there are always tell tell signs of who made the tape, because of some of our favorite artists always show up. For instance Whiteshaw will usually include a song by Jon Martyn, or Nas. Bretty will usually throw a song by the guy in At Night, Jeff and I share a common bond in rare cuts from Bill Callahan and so on. Oh and Billy has and always will have a soft spot for female vocalists and Sufjan.

That's true Potroast, I didn't intentionally leave you out my oz friend.

Oh Billy, that Peter Sarstedt track is by far one of my favorite songs of this summer.

Whiteshaw will usually include a song by Jon Martyn, or Nas.

John Martyn is the man, and seems to be fairly unknown in the US. Check out his version of Singin' in the Rain. That's the first time I've put a Nas track on, but I do normally throw on some hip hop.
